Three examples of my approach to search, content and editorial quality. Client-sensitive details have been removed.
Search strategy & content architecture
Building an Arabic
search programme
For a competitive affiliate media project, I developed the Arabic content structure around commercial search intent and the needs of GCC readers.
- My role
- Research, topical mapping, page structure, briefs, copy and internal linking, with freelance writers contributing to production.
- The approach
- Connect SERP and competitor research to a pan-Arabic core, then account for country-specific search opportunities.

Give each page a clear job
I mapped queries and entities to page purposes before briefing content. The structure connected broad topic coverage with the commercial pages and internal links readers would need next.
Build a process writers can use
Research became a content plan, then briefs, copy and a review process. My responsibility covered the search structure as well as content delivery.
This is an anonymised account of the methodology. Private dashboards, client assets and commercial results are not reproduced.
SEO content migration & localisation
Helping content
move with purpose
For an enterprise creative-software migration, I supported the SEO and content preparation needed to adapt existing material to a new structure.
- My contribution
- Search-intent research, French localisation, metadata and internal linking.
- The focus
- Preserve relevant intent, check for overlapping page purposes and make the content work in its local context.
Explore the approach
Check the purpose before rewriting
I look at the intended query, the reader’s task and the role of the destination page. That gives localisation and metadata a useful starting point.
Keep the wider site in view
The work includes checking potential cannibalisation and relevant internal links as content is prepared for the new architecture.
My role is content and SEO preparation within the wider migration. Client names, internal assets and post-migration performance claims are omitted.
AI-assisted briefing & editorial judgement
Turning review
into better instructions
A completed semantic content brief shows how I use AI to organise research and writing requirements, with editorial decisions made explicit before handoff.
- The deliverable
- A structured industry-page brief with headings, section budgets, entity coverage, metadata and internal-link guidance.
- The review
- Resolve conflicting length targets, keep the central entity clear and flag unconfirmed client information.
Explore the review decisions
Make the rule specific enough to follow
A preceding draft used inconsistent pronouns for the central entity. The next brief carried an explicit no-pronoun rule into both the writer-facing instructions and the self-check.
Remove conflicting requirements
Earlier word-count targets did not agree. The completed brief used one target derived from its section budgets, so the writer had a consistent scope.
Keep missing information visible
Unconfirmed pricing, turnaround and other client claims stayed as placeholders and confirmation questions.
The briefing deliverable was completed on 7 May 2026. The page was not written or published in this example; this work does not establish a production-speed or search-performance result.
